Child Safety Standards

Last Updated: January 22, 2026

Our Commitment

CityPal is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, especially minors. We have a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly comply with all relevant child safety laws and regulations to ensure our platform remains a safe space for our community.

Reporting Mechanisms

CityPal allows users to report child safety concerns directly within the app. If you encounter any content or behavior that puts a child at risk, please report it immediately through our in-app reporting tools.

My app complies with all relevant child safety laws, and reports to regional and national authorities. We actively cooperate with law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to report any confirmed instances of CSAM.

To learn more about reporting to the relevant authorities, please visit the Google Play Help Center or your local law enforcement agency's website.

Designated Point of Contact

The designated point of contact must be ready and able to speak about your app's child sexual abuse material (CSAM) prevention practices and compliance.
